Menu Plan Monday (w/ pictures)

 b-oatmeal w/ blueberries, chopped walnuts, cream, butter and honey and toast
l-sandwiches, chips, fruit
d-Chicken Noodle Soup (from the boiled carcase of a Sam's chicken)


b-Cheese eggs, biscuits and jelly
l-Chili and Fritos
d-Chicken Pot Pie (w/ the meat from the Sam's chicken)


b-Pumpkin Muffins (I substitute coconut oil for the cooking oil) and applesauce
l-LO Chicken Pot Pie
d-@ Mom's


b-Fried Egg Sandwiches on English muffins, fruit
l-Baked Potatoes topped w/ the left over Chili
d-Butternut Squash Bisque, crusty bread


b-Cereal, fruit
l-Meatball Sandwiches (just frozen meatballs cooked in the crock pot all morning w/ jelly and chili sauce), chips, fruit
d-Pizza (cheese and whatever Billy's in the mood for....I'm thinking ham and pineapple)


b-Blueberry Pancakes, bacon
l-Layer Dip
d-Burrito Bowls

b-French Toast, fruit salad
l-Layer Dip
d-Lasagna, Salad, Garlic Bread

Layer Dip
*K, this is holy moly good!  It's so hard to stop eating once you start!  It's mostly good for you, especially if you eat it w/ a healthier chip, but Doritos are the very best w/ it!
-2 10 1/2 oz. cans bean dip
-2 6 oz. containers of avocado dip
-1 c. sour cream
-1/2 c. mayonnaise
-1 pkg. taco seasoning
-3 tomatoes, dices
-1 1/2 green onions, sliced
-small can of sliced olives, drained
-8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
In a 9x13 baking dish, layer: bean dip, then avocado dip.  Combine the sour cream, mayo and taco seasoning in a separate bowl and then spread it on the avocado dip.  Sprinkle w/ cheese, tomatoes, onions and olives.  Dig in w/ your favorite chip....and do try to have some self control!  ;)

How did you have time to do this with an er visit and sick kids? Sorry about the sickness; hope everyone feels better soon!

i did it yesterday when i was going stir crazy while billy had q at the hospital, charley kate was sleeping and the middles were riding bikes outside.
