A Bedtime Snack

I have made baked oatmeal b/ wasn't very impressive.  But I decided to give it one more try and made this recipe for breakfast a couple weeks ago.  It was a huge success.  We haven't had it for breakfast since, but I keep a batch in the fridge b/c it is now my kiddos favorite bedtime snack!!!  It's filling, warm, and fairly healthy.

-3 c. rolled oats
-3/4 c. sugar
-2 tsp. baking powder
-1 tsp. salt
-1 tsp. cinnamon
-1 c. milk
-1/2 c. melted butter
2 eggs
Mix ingredients and pour into a greased 8x8 baking dish.  (can refrigerate over night b/f cooking if it's for breakfast the next morning)
Bake @ 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
To serve, pour milk over top and mix.  Makes for yummy tummies that will sleep tight!!!  :)
