Cookies for Santa

I found this really cute recipe and knew that I had to try it and share it!!!! Hope you enjoy! :)

Reindeer Cuties
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. honey
1 egg
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. whole wheat flour (if you aren't used to using whole wheat flour you could substitute for white, or even one of each)
small pretzels
chocolate chips
red M&Ms
Stir together butter, peanut butter and honey. Add egg, baking powder, baking soda and vanilla. Mix in flour. Chill dough for one hour.
Roll dough 1/4 in. thick on well floured surface. Cut circles using drinking glass. Place cookies on cookie sheet.
Use fingers to squeeze the circles in the middle.

Place 2 pretzels at the top for antlers, 2 chocolate chips for eyes, and one red M&M for a nose.

Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees and WALLAH!
Aren't they adorable!!??!! The kids had so much fun. This was a treat....and I know Santa will love them! ;)

They look like delicious TX size reindeer. Missing all of you. Having fun on icy roads and sidewalks here in Ohio.
